I was already halfway to work so I couldn’t turn around, but I decided to call the store—and I’m so glad I did. Haley answered the phone and gave me excellent customer service. She was super kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and she handled the situation so professionally. Even though the mistake happened, Haley completely turned the experience around for me. Big shoutout to her for going above and beyond—she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back!

I made a complaint about my sandwich, and instead of helping, she instantly caught an attitude. I gave them another chance the next day, but they made my order wrong again. When I pulled up, the manager looked me in my eyes and started talking negatively to her workers. The employees themselves are always sweet and respectful — the issue is the manager. Her energy is so hostile that it makes me uncomfortable even receiving my food. It’s disappointing, especially because I spend money here every day. Customers should feel appreciated, not disrespected.
