- NNNoraApr 18, 20265.0I went with three of my cousins and a worker named I believe, Justin gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen in my whole life. He was the only one working while dealing with impatient customers and loads of orders but he kept everything professional and respectful. He apologized multiple times for things that weren’t in his control at all and even when he had lots of other customers he still gladly remade my drink for me when I forgot to ask for a certain cold foam. One of the best experiences I’ve had with any kind of coffee shop thank you again Justin we know that professionalism will take you far!

Every time Justin is working the drive-thru window, he is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He always greets customers with a big smile and a positive attitude, which really stands out, especially during busy times. Not only is he kind, but he is also very fast and efficient. My order is always made quickly and correctly, and he makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. Employees like Justin make a big difference. Dunkin’ is lucky to have someone like him on the team. I hope his hard work and great attitude get recognized!
