  20$ for a sandwich and fries with NO drink? The other day i ordered only a small sandwich and it was the size of my pinky. I thought “okay maybe I should get a large”. Large is still extremely tiny. Owners will run out of business soon because these prices are horrible

  Food was good. Ordered online, had to wait a little bit longer then when the estimated ready time.l, but wasnt to bad of a wait. Friendly staff. Would come again

  I don't know what it is about this Charley's, but the food is noticeably worse than the location in the nearby Mall and the other standalone location at 111th and Cicero. The person at the counter when I pickup a mobile order tends to give me this look like he wants to get rid of me as fast as possible. At least the speed is good when the food isn't all that great. Do yourself a favor and go to the other locations I mentioned, even if they're out of your way.

  Sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting to order I noticed rats going in and out of their storage container behind their building didn't think anything of it until one of the employees came out and went into that container to get food products I immediately got out of line and will never go back there again good luck to everybody that still goes there

  I’ve been to Charley’s a few times and everything I’ve tried has been good. The cheesesteaks are always on point, the meal comes with fries and they’re good too. I also tried the boneless wings and liked them. I’ve eaten inside and used the drive-thru, and service was quick both times. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Overall, a good spot I’d go back to.
