This place has changed quite a bit over the years. The menu is good but quite different from the old standby. My greek Gyro was mild but good. The down side was the place was very filthy. The floors haven't been mopped in quite a while. The music for the entire 30 minute stay was some hard line electronic dance music that would have fit in at a dance hall but NOT in a sit down restaurant. Better to do take out!

In general - I thought the Jimmy John's company prided themselves on "Freaky Fast" service? Well, I personally think they should change their motto for it's becoming false advertising. I patronize the business at the 119th and Harlem Ave. location frequently but I think I no longer will. Once again, today's simple order (two sandwiches) took close to an hour to deliver (53-minutes) and I only reside seven blocks away. The driver cannot be blamed for tracking showed the order was actually delivered in 4-minutes after the pick-up. This means, both my sandwiches sat on the counter for 49-minutes after the order was placed. Or, maybe my sandwiches were not even started until 40-minutes after I placed the order? Either way, come on guys, you can do better than this!
