Doesn't make sense. Secondly they are so rude, I have been charged multiple times bc I pay on the app and they would say it didn't go through and then I give them my card. I check bank account and says I got charged twice. The food is cold most times, especially the fried stuff like the fries are always soggy.

Even though we ordered on the kiosk, she saw us standing and made sure that we weren’t waiting on anything from them. I truly appreciated her attentiveness, kindness, and sense of urgency. Lately customer service has not been up to par so she was beyond exceptional. We were visiting from North Carolina. And this is by far not only the best McDonald’s service but the best service that I’ve experienced in a very long time so not only should you keep Brittney but you might want to make her grow within the company because talent like this doesn’t come so easily these days. Again thank you and we also told her manager in person and he was the one who told us she had just started.

Prime example of this being the product we receive when we also are charged an arm and a leg for it. $15 for (4) “sundaes”. Two have no hot fudge and I’m still being charged $4 for them? Unbelievable. Will never be back here.
