  Let me start by saying I was a loyal customer. I went to this Dunkin every Sunday before church, it was my treat. I enjoyed it. I also go every Tuesday and Wednesday before work (I’m hybrid). This has been my coffee spot for YEARS. Well, that all came to end today. I order the same thing every single Sunday, well this Sunday the guy from the drivethrough tried to give me a shakin espresso where it was less than halfway full, all because I ordered less ice. Mind you, I order the same thing every week and I’ve never received anything that looked like that. The guy (a new face, been going there for years and never seen this guy, usually it’s two different woman I see every week who are nice) said it was because I asked for less ice. I explained that I’ve been coming here every week and order the same thing and it’s never looked like that. When I was talking to this guy (or trying to) he basically made it obvious that he was ignoring me. So noticing this and getting more upset, I said to him I’m glad you care about your loyal customers and all he said was thank you and gave me my coffee. The guy was extremely rude, ignored me completely despite me saying how loyal I am. If they don’t even care about loyal customers, skip this location or Dunkin all together. Also, my husband called the restaurant after the fact because he was upset they were rude to me. The guy I think his name is Rishied (the guy who was rude to me) that he’s the manager and nothing will happen to him. My husband said he sounded like he was trying to get smart with him. He should not be working in the service industry at all, do better Dunkin get rid of this guy he just lost you a customer who was extremely loyal.

  No wonder this place has a 3.9 review because the manager over there it’s extremely disrespectful. I was talking to her and very respectful way, and just simply pointing out one of their drinks is extremely higher in a price than a lot of locations around them and she was like shaking her shoulders like I don’t care that’s all she did when I simply pointing out a higher price definitely not getting my business anymore

  cant beat the coffee. The best but customer service is terrible. Maybe if the clerks spoke English better the amount of errors and misunderstanding would cost me less wasted money
