Well... We drove from Evanston to this Sonic location.. I would say about 45 mins give or take.. my daughters were craving Sonic. We got there, placed our order it took 40 mins until our order was taken to our car. Burger and hot dogs were ok ... Fries and tots were not fresh (stale,cold and hard.)
All I wanted was a dirty soda and that couldn’t even be met. I know what it’s like to work in food but genuinely ridiculous for how long I had to wait and not even be served at all the past time I’ve gone they have taken forever to take my order. I genuinely have no other words for this place.

Ordered shakes through drive thru and the worker confirmed i was getting shakes. When i was charged it said blasts which are $1 more and not what I ordered. The blasts are way too thick and was really upset that 1. I didn't get what i ordered and 2. Was charged more for something I didn't want.
This happens all the time, I order a shake and get a blast. Which is not drinkable. Don’t know why I decided to give them another chance
Didn't get my order the man had to come back also might been I ain't tell him but I was grabbing my siblings stuff we had ordered separately but same lane great food big drinks love it

So, the thing is, at your store, the DoorDash driver—you know, the Uber driver—they get the order ready there, but still, they don't give it. The DoorDash driver doesn't get good service there. Now, we are the drivers, because we have a pick-up time, a sort of limited time. Yet, your employee, I don’t know what they keep doing inside. If you can't prepare the order, then don't accept the order, because we don’t have as much time as you. I mean, we earn money on the order; we don’t work there like you do.
