  I ordered at the self-service kiosk and waited almost 10 minutes for a super simple order just ice cream and fries. This is McDonald’s, a fast-food restaurant, so the whole point is that it should be quick, you grab your food and go, but that didn’t happen at all. There were only three people inside and just one car at the drive-thru, so there was no reason for this delay. My order was sitting there ready not even in the pickup area just next to Manolo who had my order ticket literally stuck to his back joking around and completely ignoring it. If I hadn’t gone up and asked a staff member what was going on my order might still have been sitting there. She finally had to tell Manolo the order was ready even though the bag was right in front of him. When I finally got my food no one apologized they even laughed while handing it to me and my ice cream was missing. This is completely unprofessional and disorganized. McDonald’s is failing at basic fast-food service and really needs to fix this.

  Absolute worst McDonald’s. Tried going here multiple times. EVERY time it has been wrong and you have to wait about 20 minutes for the easiest items. Then the food is cold by the time you get it.

  Nice and clean and modern. Baby changing tables for both male and female bathrooms. The soda fountain had nicely carbonated drinks. Free and open parking.

  This is probably the best McDs in the area. The food is always hot and fresh. It actually looks like what you see on the commercials! We've been going there for years.
