  Management has some work to do at this location. While picking up an order for a delivery app, I arrived to a lobby of about 6-8 people already waiting for their orders. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. I checked in at that point with a staff member for my order name and they told me it would “be a while”. No apology offered or recognition that they were grossly past the time to have the order ready. They didn’t seem to be particularly understaffed, just didn’t have a streamlined process for handling orders in the busy drive thru while helping in-store customers. As a delivery driver, I could have easily completed another order or even 2 in the amount of time I spent waiting for a single order (aka, the management is costing me income). In total, I waited for FIFTY SIX minutes for a non-complicated, 4 item order. Will be avoiding this location like the plague in the future. Needs better training and more set roles for specific tasks.

  I pre-ordered lunch four times in a row, expecting to simply pick it up upon arrival. Every single time, the food was only prepared after I got there. The wait was always 10 to 25 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. If you can’t or won’t handle advance orders properly, please be honest about it. After four identical experiences, I won’t be coming back for this kind of service. Instead of telling me what I should do, it would be better if you learned how to handle your work properly.

  Ordered thru drive thru and the regular size nacho fries portion was really small or they didnt put enough fries in the thing.... and nacho fries seemed old. And they didnt put any napkins in my bag. The cheese for the nacho fries barely had cheese in it too.

  I would like to speak about Emilio I visited Taco Bell in Palatine with my daughter because of course a teenager loves her Taco Bell. Anyway Emilio was very professional and super nice his customer service skills went beyond my expectations. He made an impact only because I could tell he had pride in his job. Thank you again Emilio for making are night. You deserve everything good coming your way! Taco Bell give this young man some recognition an extra vacation, raise, or bonus because trust me you have a star.

  Half of our order was missing we had to go back from the drive thru to the inside and ask them to give us what they forgot to add to our order. the food was also cold. this was so disappointing
