  I stopped at the Jimmy John's in Palatine on Euclid Ave. And, I was so happy about getting waited immediately and my sandwich was made quickly !!! The staff was so nice to me. I ordered a little John size veggie sandwich on Friday. I'm glad you have veggie sandwiches during this Lenten season for I observe no meat on Fridays during this season. Thank you Jimmy John's !!!

  I visited this location this afternoon with my daughter. The cashier was very friendly and extra kind to my daughter, which I appreciated. However, the food prep was unsanitary and concerning. A befuddled trainee was making our food and repeatedly leaned his apron fully onto our sandwiches while assembling them. He also used the sandwich knife to cut open plastic packaging on new turkey, pushing the plastic into the meat. I was uncomfortable enough that we left without our order. I won’t be returning to this location.
