  This is my favorite jimmy johns. The staff is always generally pleasant and they are clearly all good at working fast and well. On Sunday the 7th at lunch time I came in to find one single guy working. He was kind about us having to wait and was moving really quickly. There were about 6 sandwiches in front of him and three of us waiting in the lobby. From my experience in food service I could tell he had been alone for a fat second. Maybe someone was on break? I did end up walking out when I saw another ticket print before any of us had even ordered. That guy didn’t need my order to pile up on his shoulders. This company is big enough no one should have to work alone on what was definitely a busy enough shift to justify 3+ people. They should have gotten someone else in to work with him or shut the store and payed him for the hours if they couldn’t. This was all on a snowy day where coming in at all is hard enough.   I was just at your location picking up a #3 Tuna. I asked the cashier for everything on it and to add cheese, onion, and peppers. I watched him as he rang it up and he did it correctly. The price was accurate, etc...As I wait, the manager, called out #4. I said no, I ordered Tuna with extras. The manager makes my sandwich and handed it to me. No bag, when it was clearly to go, and I said all the extras are on there, right. He says, "yes." Why did I know they were not, and put my trust in him that they were? I got back to my office, and no cheese, onions or peppers. it's not that hard! It really isn't. All he had to do was find the receipt or just ASK me what I ordered extra on it. 8/7 1:20.
