Come through plenty in the past and unfortunately, even after showing thanks and appreciation for doing their job, I get terrible attitude and the usual underhanded comments (same thing in drive-thru the previous day). These people need to get over themselves, but there's a bigger picture here and it's the culture of the area. The order is wrong and initially I was treated as if no one was gonna take the order. Let alone the girl taking the order is so full of herself that she can't actively listen to take the order properly. I only come here when walking, otherwise I go elsewhere. The socio-political atmosphere of the area (and franchise ownership) matter, since it's so stark of differences between regions nowadays.

To avoid an issue today I came inside, and saw 1 person out of 7 people actually working. Took 10 minutes for my coffee and they didn’t seem to care that everyone in front of me had already left with their orders. Do yourself a favor, skip this Dunkin (and the forever wait time you’ll have), or go to Starbucks next door.
