  May be management change? I ordered bagels online and sent my husband to pick up an order. Not only the order was not there -"stolen" as Mr. H. Singh told him. He also neither provided him a replacement nor canceled the order. On top of it he threatened to call police since he decided my husband did not respect him enough! I had to write to Einstein's headquarter - conveniently only message on the phone and file a dispute with credit card! No bagels but a lot of work just to return to square one. No more visits to this location.

  There is a wonderful woman that greets my service dog and specially delivers her a dog bagel. I believe she is the manager. Jolie, my dog, knows where we are at when I pull into the drive through and looks for her. Jolie knows I order that doggie bagel every time. Honestly everyone is amazing at that store. Thank you for being great.

  Such a great experience!!! It was my first time there, and I was served by Darya who was so sweet and recommended a really yummy bagel! Really amazing customer service from her and my bagel was delicious! Definitely would recommend and would come again:)
