I tried to return a spoiled cake purchased from this chain, but the staff/management refused to accept it or offer any solution. They showed zero regard for consumer rights or basic food safety standards. If you end up with a bad product from them, don't expect any help or a refund. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others go elsewhere

We ordered the ice cream for the kids and it was really delicious 🤤. Since it was late in the evening on Sunday, it was very tough to confirm whether the store was open or not. It would be better to have sign.
