- MPMelissa POct 28, 20251.0Please don't order delivery or pick up from Ottawa Pizza Hut. They steal tips off of delivery orders, they are rude to delivery drivers, and they mess up the order every time I have ordered from them. The last time we ordered a pan pizza and they gave us a round one and only put 1 topping on when we got 2 topping. Then they ignore you when you go in there and need something. They forget to give you something and then get mad when you go back there to get it after you've been trying to yell back there and no one will come because they all have ear buds in and are ignoring you. Please save your money or order from Papa John's instead. They are super friendly and you won't get ignored there and will get your order in 10 - 15 minutes unless they are busy. Oh and they don't steal your tips at Papa John's!

I will be calling in the morning and will be talking to the manager in charge. very poor customer service. and the food was terrible. pizza was mostly crust barely any toppings or cheese. definitely not worth the 40 bucks I paid.
