I called to report my issue before and they asked for an email to reimburse however it's been a month since last incident at this location with no emails. Every time I come here I always second guess my self.

- IMI am MichelleMar 28, 20262.0Today 3/28/26 we arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing (we didn’t have time to get there any earlier), but one of the employees an older man with beard shouted at us from the window, sounding frustrated and somewhat angry, that the lobby was closing in 10 minutes. The cashier who served us was a young woman wearing glasses; throughout the entire interaction, she kept rolling her eyes at us or giving us dirty looks. Only two of my friends ordered ice cream. After us, a woman arrived with three small children. The man at the window was absolutely furious. This message is for the store manager I work in fast food, I work the night shift right up until closing and people show up right up until the very end, even though we are frustrated we never show out customers our frustration if I was the manager i would talk with the people on that shift.
