  I am actually seriously disgusted.. and no these are not sesame seeds. The top of the bun doesn’t even have them and this is the bottom bun on a double cheeseburger. 🤮🤢 Always check your food before eating.

  I just got a cappuccino and fries I customized it and I received a cold non customized one .staff not good. The staff with young boys were enjoying their drink and not bothered about the order.

  This used to be one of the best McDonald's years ago, now it is one of the worst. Inconsistent food orders, inconsistent food quality, inconsistent service. Even the drive-thru is backed up more often here, having cars pull ahead to wait. You can even tell the manager/owner doesn't care much, based off others' reviews they reply to with a link they know very few will use to address the problem. "You pay for what you get", but hey, at least it makes me want to go to buy fast food less often! If you want McDonalds, just go to Eola or another location nearby.

  This McDonald’s staff very rude. Assumed I said something about his co worker. When I was talking about an tv actor who is Mexican to my dad. They messed up are order like always the night crew is so bad. That I’m not coming back to this McDonald’s. They honestly suck. They don’t know what they are doing. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. This place is full of mistakes. We placed are order repeated it 4 times. An they still could not understand it. As a manger you gotta go with the customer. Bad management an even if he thinks I said something bad. Don’t assume cause I’m prb not taking to you. An yes this place sucks at night. Morning crew 8/10 love them they are amazing yall know what your doing most of the time. Night shift really needs help cause they keep messing up. I’m sorry to be this guy. But mangers need to be better. At this location.

  Last night on March 11 around 9:48 to 9:50 PM, I went through the drive-thru to pick up an online order. The employee on the intercom told me she could not see my order and said that the phone used to place the order had to be present within the store’s required radius. I let her know that I could see the payment had been taken from my card. This is not the first time my wife and I have ordered online this way. I tried to explain that it sounded off because we have been placing orders like this for over a year and we live within the radius she was referring to. Instead of letting me further explain, she repeatedly cut me off. Apparently saying “that’s strange because…” seemed to set her off, because every time I proceeded to say that phrase she cut me off again, so I don’t know if that is some sort of trigger for her. I had to tell her multiple times not to interrupt me, and this went back and forth for several rounds while the line was being held up. After attempting to ask whether they had any recent online orders coming through, because at that point it was more than likely something was wrong with the app, I never even got the chance to get it out before she turned the intercom off. It was extremely unprofessional. After that, I no longer feel comfortable eating here if I have to argue with an employee at a drive-thru just to explain a simple issue. Clearly something is off, whether it is the attitude, the training, or both.
