  This location needs to close down and let’s put something better there. I know it’s McDonald’s and the expectations are low but this location puts the bar even lower.

  I was disappointed by the way I was treated by one of the employees at your McDonald’s today. I recently received a new card and hadn’t had the chance to activate it yet. After several attempts with my old card, I remembered I needed to activate the new one. I parked, activated my card, and walked in to make a payment.The employee at the fries station left his post, went to the drive-thru window, and loudly whispered in front of others, “Oh, she brought in the same card. I told you she brought in the same card.” I felt publicly embarrassed and disrespected. I have visited this location many times and never had any issues with my card before. This experience made me feel like I was being treated unfairly or assumed to be “broke.” As a global brand and a role model for customer service, McDonald’s should do better. I hope this feedback helps ensure that all customers are treated with respect in the future.

  Horrible service, dirty place, avoid! Go to other McDonalds, they are always behind and make you wait while driving through! The staff is rude and the managers are ok with them acting infantile. If you want cold food, and long wait times, this is the place for you!

  The McDonalds App is useless at this location. 80-90% of the time I try to place an order, the app shows that they’re closed.
