  Tried to place two mobile orders for pick up, only to have staff tell us they had nothing in their system. Confirmed it was the right address. Either the mobile ordering system is broken right now or it's just straight up incompetence. Either way, no coffee for me. Edited to add that apparently this is a common experience. This location should be closed permanently. Just total incompetence and no desire to change it.

  Just went at night it’s always a lady at the second window who always is rude. She thought I did not speak Spanish but she was talking horrible about me. When all I was saying was they got the wrong order. The older lady made another girl talk to me and I told the girl that I know what she’s saying and that’s when they finally give me the right order and she smiled at the situation.

  Apparently, their location doesn’t do certain codes and even after waiting for the line to move to finally get to the window, I was told by the kid that a manager said that the app codes don’t work. That’s literally crazy because it’s an app that everybody has and locations can’t just shut it off. I’m going to the one by Home Depot from now on. The code worked perfectly fine there.

  They gave me the wrong order even after I pointed it out to the guy when I paid that I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and they gave me two double cheeseburgers and a coke and no fry I was going through the drive-thru so I didn't look but that's bullshit I even asked her when I was getting my food and she handed me to back we'll never go back to that McDonald's again

  I REALLY UNDERSTAND WHY TRUMP IS GETTING RID OF IMMIGRANTS. I ORDERED A LARGE CARAMEL MACCHIATO ON THE APP, I PICKED THE ORDER UP FROM DRIVE-THRU. I NOTICED THEY GAVE ME A COLD DRINK INSTEAD OF HOT LIKE I ORDERED; THEREFORE, I GO INTO MCDONALDS TO CORRECT MY DRINK TO A HOT MACCHIATO. THE YOUNG LADY MAKING THE DRINKS LEAVES AND GO TO SIDE, AND SHE JUST STANDS THERE DOING NOTHING. ITS A YOUNG GUY I GUESS SHES TRAINING, AND HE LOOKS AT ME CONFUSED AS WE STARE AT EACH-OTHER. 10MINS GO BY AND I WATCHED THEM JUST STAND THERE, SO I INQUIRED ABOUT THE ETA ON MY DRINK . THE GIRL WHISPERED SOMETHING TO THE GUY AND HE SAYS TO ME ‘WE ARE OUT OF MILK’ AND PROCEEDED TO GO GET SOME. NOW ITS 4 PEOPLE ON THIS DRINK AND 20 MINS LATER. I ASKED A MANAGER TO HELP AND THEY ALL LOOKED AT ME CRAZY. I REALIZED I WAS NOT WANTED; THEREFORE I JUST ASKED FOR MY MONOPOLY PIECE OFF THE DRINK, AND LEFT WITHOUT MY MACCHIATO THAT I PAID FOR. I REALLY TRY TO GET ALONG WITH ALL PEOPLE BUT THEY REALLY HATE BLACK PEOPLE‼️ I AM TRULY HURT 😞
