  I ordered delivery from this restaurant and they recruited Uber to bring my food. Instead of the usual 10 minutes it has taken over 30 and I still do not have my food. I called to ask if I can pick it up instead and they said that would be too hard for them. Update: my food arrived an hour later than I ordered it. I got toasted subs and they were cold when they got here. This restaurant needs to advertise that delivery will be an hour instead of “freaky fast”

  It's been a while since I've been to Jimmy John's. I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap for nearly $11. What I got was the equivalent of a small chicken tender with a few veggies wrapped in a massive tortilla. What I mostly ate was tortilla. They wrap the tortilla inwards in order to make the wrap look larger than it actually was. I felt cheated for paying $11 for a chicken flavored tortilla. Not only have they nearly doubled their prices, but they have also drastically cut back on what they actually serve. I won't be eating Jimmy John's again.

  They were closed for a while during the covid19 shut downs, which is totally understandable. But, since they opened back up, the service and food has been less than desirable. The bread for our sandwiches is not fresh and the service was very slow. I Have ordered 3 times now and only actually ended up getting food once. One got sent to the wrong store and today I waited 25 minutes and I was still last in line, according to the sandwich makers. I cancelled the order immediately
