To serve the drinks only and around 45min. for a dozen of donuts, when I asked them why its was taking so long, they only said "oh we forgot about it " they never offered something to compensate for the long wait, lobby had no customers neither ahead or behind us and also lobby was a mess, never going back to this place and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone

They have a 25% chance of making my coffee right and I’m afraid to tell them to remake it because one of my friends did that and we watched them spit in his new drink. I only continue to go there in hopes that it gets better but it’s only gotten worse. they can barely understand what you tell them. If you’re going to work a job that’s 100% customer service, maybe knowing the language should be mandatory
