Came at 6:40 before going to church school with my daughter at 7. Ate raw and cold steak. No biggy, things happen, I know chipotle is busy. I saved it, came back after church school was done at around 8:10pm. I told them what happened, the older Hispanic employee was kind and replaced it. The cashier on the other hand was very rude. Like she didn’t believe the steak tasted and looked raw. I told her I appreciated her help and went on, not going to let her ruin my evening 😭. I still purchased another bowl because at this point my husband got home and wanted one too. Hopeful the cashiers evening gets better!!

I will absolutely never order from this location again. It’s honestly insulting how little food they put in my bowl after I requested extra rice and extra beans which a free selection within the app. A reasonable person would assume the bowl would be somewhat full, only to find out the bowl is half empty. It’s disrespectful, disappointing and disgusting that this location gets away with it after reading other reviews about this Chipotle location. If I could give negative score - I would.

If you order pickup, they barely put anything inside of your bowl, it's just extremely disappointing to pay so much money and open a half empty bowl with mostly lettuce in it. That marks our last time ordering from here.

Really poorly run location and has been for years. I love Chipotle but at this location I have to order differently for their shortcomings like not being able to roll a burrito. After many years I’m finally done with them forever, many better places in the area to get a bowl.

Just stood at the front waiting to order for 5/6 minutes. An employee stocking ice, employee cooking on the back line, employee on the to go line, a manager sitting down on an interview and zero acknowledgment. No one working the main line. I just walked right out and nobody even seemed to cared. Glad you guys care about your sales and customers.
