When I got home, the food was cold and hard, the sauces were missing, and the fries were old and missing seasoning. However, when I called and spoke with Amanda, she was so kind and helpful in getting my refund processed.

I was using both a coupon and a gift card, and honestly had no idea how to get it all to work. Even on a busy grand opening day, the staff member helping me was incredibly patient, kind, and walked me through it without any frustration. Yorkville is excited to have a great wings spot, and we’re happy to welcome B-Dubb’s to the neighborhood! Great start, great service, and great vibes already.
