  I had one of the best Wingstop experiences ever at the Wingstop location, and it was all because of an incredible associate named Mirza. From the moment I walked in, Mirza brought top-tier energy, professionalism, and genuine care. You can tell when someone actually takes pride in what they do and Mirza absolutely does. My order was prepared perfectly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. But what really stood out wasn’t just the food it was the experience. Mirza made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as a customer. That kind of service is rare these days. It wasn’t just a transaction, it felt personal when he was gracious to substitute the veggies for some fries so my family can have a little bit of everything! !!! and that speaks volumes about character and his work ethic in making sure that we knew what deals were happening today and what would be best for us was top tier. Wingstop is lucky to have someone like Mirza representing their brand. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend it, I came to this location excuse I thought that by driving an hour away from Dolton Illinois I would have great fresh food and I could sit down so I was a bit disappointed that there is no space for dine in but because of Mirza and how he gave us great service I don’t mind anymore and if Mirza is there, just know you’re in great hands. 10/10 across the board.   Just want to say that the service was great. My order got delayed and they accommodate accordingly. I really appreciate it. The staff are super friendly and the man that helped me with my order was very nice.

  Yes I came with my beautiful wife who has never been to Wingstop only buffalo wild wings we were treated very nicely by the manager and the wings were incredible!!!

  I don’t normally post poor reviews, but after tonight’s order I feel it’s necessary to alert the customers to stay away from this location. First off, the front of store was dirty- yeah, that should have set off a Red flag 🚩 I get if a restaurant is busy, easy to over look. However, your front counter should always be maintained. It doesn’t take long to clean up straw wrappers, wipe counter, and take a min to tidy up the straw’s & condiments. My order was the 30- for $30. Mix & Match. 15 Bone in wings with MILD sauce. They were dry, old, and barely any sauce. I couldn’t believe how bad they tasted, it was like they were pre cooked and double fried. Couldn’t eat them. 5 plain Bnls wings & 10 garlic Parmesan bnls. They were dried out and hard. Fries- zero seasoning & cold as ice. I had to put them in the air fryer to give them some life. When I called the Store, the rude man kept saying Yea yea yea… like my issues didn’t matter. Then proceeded to cut me off when i tried to explain to them how horrible my order was. Then, gave me attitude and said well i told you multiple times the wings aren’t done. Ok sir, i know bone in wings take time. How about the sauce issue? They are supposed to be dry. Ummm, no. I ordered MILD SAUCE! By this time I’ve had enough, so I will call cooperate and deal with them. Please stay away from this location- which is sad, because I order from this location over others. It’s always been good, best in fact. What happened? I don’t know.
