  They dropped my sandwich, then pre-made it. Which was not great, but they tried to fix it. The issue is that the people I was with finished their meals before my meal was done. When I finally received my meal it was made wrong. Rather than wait for another meal, I asked for a refund. The manager/shift supervisor told me to meet him at the counter. Then he asked for my order, I dropped the receipt on the the receipt printer, as he did take it from me. Then he tries to lecture me on showing him some respect. I replied why? He said I should show him some respect, as he was offended I didn't place the receipt in his hand. I said, my meal was messed up twice, and he didn't apologize. So, I wasn't feeling respected, thus why should I show him respect. Anyway, my friends had better service and got to eat. I received bad service and dint get to eat. I wont be coming back.

  We had difficulty hearing the cashier because of the noise behind her. The food was delicious, hot & freshly made. A little cramped at the beverage bar. Plenty of seating. Not all doors are accessible from outside, which made it challenging for the seniors.

  Christian who took my order through the drive thru was rude when I asked about my rewards he said I only had rewards for mobile orders. Then he gave me my food and forgot to give me my drink asking for my drink he was rude and brushed it off like it was nothing. Well I spent over $35 wasn’t asked what sides I wanted. When I look on my app it says I have 20% off no where does it say for mobile orders. Your reward program sucks and so does the service!!!

  Caesar salad is exceptional. I had it with a baguette.

  Nice location, clean, service is slow. Staff is nice. Sandwich seemed a little skimpy on the meat.
