I have to be encumbered with childish acting people who make sport of me when trying to place my order in the drive-through. Its extremely annoying and tiresome, and makes me not want to go back.

I just waited 40min (literally watched the clock) in the drive through and I never even got my ice cream. It took them 10min waiting at the speaker to take my order. Then when I finally got to the window, no one acknowledged me for 20min. They delivered 9orders inside but didn’t even ask for my card or anything. I had a hysterically crying baby in the back seat, and since no one even said hello or took my card at the window, I left. I will never come back to this location.

Not to mention when my ice cream was made the whip cream was melted, very small portions, and only a slice or two of banana. For almost $20 you would expect better service and portions. Go to Rainbow Cone or Eiffel Waffle two minutes away for better service, portions, and prices.
