  One star is too much. We showed up Monday March 9th at 10:50pm and we were standing in the drive thru for 2 mins and they turned the store lights off and the drive thru lane. Dziady.

  I had an App pick up order So I feel like I shouldn’t have had any issues at all coming through the drive-through. I gave them my code at the speaker and they told me to pull around and I was good to pull the last window. I forgot to ask for a cup of water at the speaker so I asked at the window and I was given a rude answer in tone and a rude luck telling me to pull into one of the spaces to wait for a cup of water because they had too many drinks to make when there was almost no one else in line with me and there was not one person waiting in a spot, they could’ve quickly just given me a cup of ice water and then hospitable and professional as a hospitality worker . And they were not that they were pretty rude To tell me to wait for a cup of water in one of the parking spots will they have nothing else that they’re doing or going on and as if they didn’t have 20 seconds to pour a cup of water. I am a Starbucks worker so we make more drinks than McDonald’s does in a whole day within each hour alone , We have to pour cups of water almost with every single order that we get and sometimes we have 10 waters and we smile and we make the cup of water. so I going other places expect that same positive response in return and not to be treated poorly.

  I received a sweet tea in the drive up window, the entire cup was filled with ice!! 2 ounces of tea. Very disappointed!!!!

  2 cookie totes delivered in freezing winter temperatures. They were Michelin star cookies. The cookies were so warm we thought the delivery driver cooked them in the car. Throughout the night, the cookies continued to get warmer. The tote this location uses continues to bake the cookies while they wait to be eaten. WARNING: 15 cookies will cause your stomach to hurt. Despite temptation to eat more, Aim to stay between 7-8.
