    I love the service here everyone is so pleasant and welcoming here, the wait time is not long at all. The food is fresh and flavorful!!! I love this smash burgerrrr !

    This burger is burnt. I'm livid and want a refund. If the staff didn't want to work today they should've called off. This food is unacceptable and costs too much. Also items on the menu should be available. There were no brussel sprouts. I want a refund. I'm very dissatisfied and I'll never return to this location.

    Amazing experience. I came in a little grumpy (hunger does that to you ;) and the manager (Dante) immediately lifted my spirits. Great customer service, fresh food, and a positive attitude especially during the holiday season can make anyone's day! Hats off Smashburger Orland!!! You rock!

    Horrible first time experience. Ordered an order that was about $150. Burgers were literally SMASHED in the bag, there were more burgers than ordered, the food was just greasy, slippery, and disgusting. Called the front desk, they answered like it wasn’t Smash Burger, just said “Hello?”. Literally no professionalism.
