- CKC KMar 10, 20261.0I've ordered Rosatis in Midlothian and it is amazing. The best pizza, sandwiches and service. Not sure what is wrong with this location but it is seriously bad food and service.

We waited for the pizza hoping that the order was placed with a backup plan if it never arrived. If this business fixed a few things with customer service they would have a 4-5 star business.

I requested Cannela bites (cinnamon sugar), I received plain dough bites with a side of Marinara. When I called, I was transferred to a manager and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She told me she will send cannolis as a replacement. It never came.

They took my order and they had me repeat my adress 5 times and did not even ask for a phone number. I called back to get a eta on the ⁰delivery time and the female who anwsered the phone once she said how many I help you she reponded ya ya ya I know you want your food you will get it!she said ya ya ya 5 times before she was about to hang up on me.the pizza showed up a hour in half late. The pizza was burnt and the fries were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. The red sauce was tiped over in the bag. I went to call to complain and talk to a manager they just hang up on you. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. Do not order from this location I promise you they have the worst customer service is the word.
