  I wish I read the reviews before ordering here. Ordered via Grubhub. Sausage pizza was delicious. I requested Cannela bites (cinnamon sugar), I received plain dough bites with a side of Marinara. When I called, I was transferred to a manager and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She told me she will send cannolis as a replacement. It never came.

  I called and put me on hold for 5 mins till someone anwsered the phone. They took my order and they had me repeat my adress 5 times and did not even ask for a phone number. I called back to get a eta on the ⁰delivery time and the female who anwsered the phone once she said how many I help you she reponded ya ya ya I know you want your food you will get it!she said ya ya ya 5 times before she was about to hang up on me.the pizza showed up a hour in half late. The pizza was burnt and the fries were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. The red sauce was tiped over in the bag. I went to call to complain and talk to a manager they just hang up on you. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. Do not order from this location I promise you they have the worst customer service is the word. If your thinking of ordering dont order some were else. Ps it was rosatis pizza in orland Park il 60462

  DON’T ORDER FRM HERE! I wish I read the reviews before ordering frm here! This place is overly priced with very horrible service, rude staff and management who barley spoke English and made it seam my food being cold was my problem after ordering frm them hahahah they really have a few screws missing to blame the customer who paid $75 and waited for an hr for food that the food being cold was their problem!

  I’ve never experienced such horrible service. This place has no respect for the diners nor the high paying customers. Food was expensive cold over an hr late and tasted like cardboard sorry I will make sure no1 I know will come to this place! Hope it was worth the $70 to gain such a bad reputation to the manager that hung up in my face!

  Very rude staff . Order my food for delivery. Took them 2 hrs to deliver it and I live 7 minutes away . When I got my food it was cold and they delivered the food thru DoorDash even when I called the store in orland park for delivery. I called to complain about the food they start blaming me and accusing me that I order the food thru DoorDash . Stay away from this horrible place. They lie and very disrespectful.
