I ended up in the ER within 4 hours of eating their food and yes it was the ONLY thing I ate all day. Shame on the people, management and owner of this Portillos restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE

I’ve visited this location 3 times and all 3 times food is gross. Burgers are so greasy that the bun is soaked in it and doesn’t make it taste good. I order crispy fries to go with my cheese cup and yet to get crispy fries. Always taste undercooked. My advice for this place is it needs to be supervised with better management and employees should be trained properly. I don’t see this location lasting long if it continues like this. I’m sure others feel the same way but don’t take the time to write anything or say anything. So here I am letting you know this place needs a lot of work.
