Our milkshakes weren’t filled all the way to the top and I had ordered 1 strawberry, 1 chocolate cake, and 1 salted caramel. But that’s not what I got!!!! Instead they gave me 1 strawberry and 2 salted caramel. To say the least, I was very disappointed by the kitchen and won’t be returning soon. Worst Portillos I’ve been to so far.

Our last visit they didn't give us our fries or onion rings, so $10 in food we paid for but didn't get, and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were not right. Complete failure when you only got 1 out of 6 items right. Doubt we will go back. This location has struggled since it opened. We kept giving them a chance to redeem themselves, but it appears they just can't. Needs new management or better supervision and training.
