  The food and most of the staff were amazing. The greeter was very welcoming, and the servers were attentive while we were eating. However, there were serious issues that affected our overall experience. My daughter found a white piece of hair in the barbecue chicken wings. Everyone at our table has black hair, so it was clearly not ours. In addition, we ordered the Bang Bang shrimp, and those also had a white piece of hair in them. When the manager came over, instead of immediately removing the contaminated food and apologizing, she tried to explain the anatomy of a chicken wing, as if teaching a lesson, rather than addressing the issue. She could not explain why there was also hair in the shrimp. She only took $10 off the bill, did not remove the affected items, and never apologized. I found the manager’s response extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Hair in two separate dishes is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability made the situation worse. While the food and staff were otherwise great, the manager’s handling of this issue was horrible and left a bad impression

  Most recent was an online order. Website is user friendly. Great selection at reasonable prices. You get large potions. The salads could be a meal for two. Fresh crisp greens, sliced onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced cukes, fresh shedded cheese… great dressing to choose from. Soups are delicious, we had the French onion soup.. very good and great size…the potato soup was tasty. Shrimp on the Barbie was cooked to perfection.. medium size shrimp and again very generous portion. Warm soft bread and sweet butter came with the meal. At pickup, after letting Outback know I was there, within minutes my food was brought to my car by a friendly employee. Great experience.

  The service was not great.the food was not good. I had to send my steak back wasn't what I ordered my friend cut herself on steak knife and was bleeding asked for bandage was told We dont have any. Worst part for me was the icy handicapped ramp.i will not be going there again..

  I only had TAKE OUT but the young lady taking care of me on NEW YEAR DAY was awesome, Brenda was very attentive, and helping me choose the right dinner I had asked for, the Steak and Rib combo, gave me suggestions on extras and cooking techniques, for my meal to make it home at its best quality of not over cooking in the box container, I had the combo 3 appetizers also that was more than enough for left overs , Brenda is excellent at her job in helping other getting the best service at the Take Out area, Thank You Brenda for being a topnotch worker,

  Driest Prime Rib I have ever eaten. Not tender, not juicy, no flavor. No au jus to be found in the restaurant. How in the world does a steak restaurant not have any au jus??? It is easy to keep some au jus concentrate or powder in the kitchen. Why wouldn’t they have any??? Way to mess up my absolutely most favorite meal. I will avoid the Orland Park in the future and stick to a Connecticut location where they know how to make the best Prime Rib ever.
