Went in yesterday already wanting to go to longhorn but my significant other wanted to go to outback. The server wasn’t horrible I just think she was new or something I’m not sure. My bf had to repeat his order like 3 times and even I had to step In and repeat things for him. The bread we got was hard at the bottom had to send that back. My bf ordered a ceaser salad and it was more cheese on the salad than lettuce so he sent that back and just got mashed potatoes instead. 20 min later the server comes back and says they’re out of sweet potatoes so once again he had to change his side. I got the new Delmonico steak and it was Sooo Salty almost like the top fell off when they were seasoning it. I sent it back got a new one and it wasn’t salty but it had a bitter taste. I ended up just saying forget it. They took the steak off the bill I was willing to pay for that and just get a drink on the house but the server stated they’re not allowed to give free drinks .. I’m a server and have been one for 7 years. Experiences like this make customers not want to come back. This is the second location at a Outback that was horrible. I will not be going back a 3rd time. Nor did the server do anything to make the experience better for us. And on top not one manager came out and apologized about the experience smh. Horrible customer service horrible food

Veterans day was not pleasant. Understandably busy due to their special, but had to wait for 35 minutes at the bar as a party of 1 with no menu provided or drink order taken. Gave up as bartender could not multitask and still had not taken other veterans' orders waiting longer than me. Others waited long for their checks and carry out bags. Big fail on management.

Came in to Outback to have dinner and our son started acting up. Our waitress was so awesome and understood we were having a hard time with him. We literally only ordered drinks and wasn’t able to order food. I wasn’t able to catch her name but thank you for showing us kindness!
