  They serve their customers stale bread!! That’s NOT WHAT WE’RE PAYING FOR!! I will not go here again. This location has shown what little they think of the quality they serve & what little they think of their customers! Fool me once…

  Awful experience! Waited 50 minutes for my food to arrive because the worker put the wrong address and then when I called the store she tried to make it my fault when I explained to her what address I was at. My sandwich is as hard as a rock and when I requested to have salami added to my sandwich looking at the receipt she removed capicola. Idk if the lady who answered the phone was new but when I asked to speak to a manager she explained to me that it is just her in the store and there is no manager! This is a joke and I’m very upset I wasted $30

  Avoid this place. Don’t waste your time or money. Sandwich bread was hard as a rock. The bread was over baked. Requested a remake and the “Manager” (Emari) said that’s just the way the bread is here at JJ. She stated if she makes me a new sandwich it will be the same. Literally argued with me and extremely rude. Asks for my money back and she told me it will be 5 days before I can get it back. Never again, this JJ has gone down hill. Deserves a zero.

  I just watched what I assume to be the manager cutting the meat with no gloves on — putting her bare hands on the meat. That is disgusting. I was so shocked I took a video.

  Wow! They screwed up every order before me. Waited 20 minutes and they screwed up my whole sandwich and it was a favorite. Only thing I asked was no mayo. They forgot the whole sandwich. Reached cooperate, they pawn it off on they are franchises. Then another outreach for them thanking me for feedback, yet failing to address how I ordered a giant sandwich and basically got ripped off. Never again will I ever step in this trash establishment again!
