Went in and ordered a sandwich and everything seemed fine at first. After ordering, I went to use the restroom and the first one had no soap dispenser at all. I checked the other restroom and it had a dispenser, but no soap in it. Instead, there was a large fountain drink cup sitting on the floor with what I assume was soap inside. I’m not about to stick my hands into a random cup off the ground and hope it’s soap. There’s a Jewel within walking distance. If the dispensers are empty or broken, go buy a bottle of soap.
I had read reviews about the bread but didn’t think much of it until I got my sandwich. The bread was rock hard. Not slightly stale. Hard.
On top of that, the two employees working seemed extremely stressed and overwhelmed, even though it appeared to be normal business traffic. The whole experience just felt poorly managed.
Worst JJ so far. Online order for ASAP took almost an hour. Then, no markings on any of the sandwiches to know who got what. Won't be going back to this location again.
If you want your food to come 2hrs later you’ll order from here. Otherwise, stay away from this place.

When i first moved here, it was ok. But lately, I've had one issue after another. Last week, my sister ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It came with no chicken on it. Today, my coke was missing. They sent the driver back but now, I'm realizing that the veggie sandwich I ordered and paid extra for bacon to be added is actually a BLT. No cheese and no avocado spread!!!! Too many issues lately. We've had missing chips here and there also. We're done with this Jimmy John's.
They serve their customers stale bread!! That’s NOT WHAT WE’RE PAYING FOR!! I will not go here again. This location has shown what little they think of the quality they serve & what little they think of their customers! Fool me once…
