I’ve been called the location to see if I could come in and exchange my regular Red Bull to a sugar-free. I also explained that it was the Instacart shopper That messed it up. He then told me that he cannot do that it’s against jewel policies is what he said his name is Andrew and ladies and gentlemen. This guy is gonna be the reason why nobody goes to that location. I then proceeded to call the other location in Orland Park and I’m gonna admit that I lied and I told him that I had an Instacart shopper shop for me. You got me the regular Red Bull instead of the sugar-free mind you I didn’t shop at this jewel but I did ask them if I could come in and switch it and that location said Yes, and I didn’t even buy it from there this Andrew character you guys need to get rid of him he’s rude. He has no heart. It’s a human mistake and you don’t lose anything by switching one for the other, but he wouldn’t do it. I will never shop there again. They do not deserve my money and Andrew needs to get fired because he’s gonna be the reason by that location Will not have any shoppers there.
