She refuses to give rain checks because "it's a 3 day sale" No where in the ad does it say you can't get a rain check. This is the third time she's done it to me. The produce is always moldy and the pitas on the shelf all expired yesterday. I tried to call and talk to a manager and no one in customer service picked up for 8 minutes when I finally hung up. Every time over the last year I've let the produce people know about the moldy berries and they never remove them. This store is atrocious and a safety hazard with employees who don't care. Tinley is a much better option with associates who actually stop to help you.
