  Did an order pick-up at this jewel, For the second time they failed to being out all of my groceries, i call the store frustrated and basically get blown off by a girl who identified as the manager who i later found out wasn't the manager. she transfers me to a front end manager who blows me off as well. i get back to the store for the second time and am offered a 30 dollar discount on my groceries for the inconvenience. Cool i would have been happy with that until someone named Mo called me and argued with me for the entire 15 minute ride home that the person who authorized the discount wasn't authorized to do so. after arguing for 15 min with him about how unprofessional it was. he then found a way to process the refund that he told me corporate wouldn't allow. fast forward i get home and am opening up the second round of groceries and there are rotten clementines all over all of my veggies, looks like someone stepped on the bag before giving it to me. then i realize i am STILL missing all of my frozen items. took me 2 weeks of threatening to call back every 48 hours to complain to even get someone to call me. its now been a week since i have heard from that person she said she would get back to me by email and i never heard from her again. JEWEL SEEMS VERY UNCAPABLE OF SOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVED BY LITERALLY EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH WAS PATHETIC 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING JUST ONE PERSON CALLING TO GET MY SIDE AND NEVER REACHING BACK OUT. ITS CRAZY TO THINK ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE ON HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING. DID JEWEL BLOW THEM OFF AS WELL? I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

  This store needs more help in the deli . Long wait times and no grilled chicken on cheap chicken Mondays 😢

  I was in the self-check having a few issues and I just want to say Teo was extremely helpful and sweet in solving my issues. She really went the extra mile in helping my check-out experience.

  Price tag for chips i bought said $3.99, not on sale or anything, that was just the price. at checkout i had to pay $7.29 for them. just a bag of fritos, that is ridiculous. they made me pay DOUBLE. this is not the only time this has happened either! workers refused to help. it is important that a store updates price tags/doesn’t lie about prices, obviously. my partners self checkout wasn’t working so she asked the worker there for help, he told her to wait then talked to his coworker about nothing work related for a long time, then told her to just go to a different checkout. why did he not say that originally instead of telling her to wait for no reason? when you ask for help finding something the workers simply tell you “i don’t know.” and refuse to show you or even tell you the aisle it’s in. every time i’ve gone here (against my will unfortunately) it’s been a terrible experience. don’t go to this jewel, worst one in the area for sure!

  Jewel has really gone down hill. The steak was so tough from there It couldn't be chewed, old produce( lettuce rotted in one day) tasteless grape tomatoes. Rude employees. The produce man didnt know what a ripe honey dew looked like, didnt know where anything was?? I bought expired cottage cheese, the packis were stale for $6.99. The French bread was hard. I bought cookies and noticed they were already opened. Many sales items out of the stock, the day after the sale starts?? Big carts and boxes down most aisles. The motorized handicapped carts die out constantly. Cmon Jewel. You can do better. As for me Im taking a break from you. Petes, Target and Trader Joe's are all right here.
