- ZBZeyad Bahlouz3 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience at Five Guys today. I’ve always enjoyed the food here, but the customer service this time completely ruined it. The staff were rude and dismissive when I tried to ask a simple question about my order. Instead of helping, they acted like I was bothering them. Good food is one thing, but respectful customer service should come with it. Hopefully management sees this and reminds the team that treating customers with basic respect goes a long way. I honestly expected better from this place. I will never return to this location again.

- JMJason Mankowski6 days ago1.0McKinsey came to town and said cut the fries! They give you significantly less fries, so when 2 burgers and a fry cost $30 I don't think that's where they should be sticking it you the customer.
- EOEstela Otero6 days ago1.0Food is great no issue there! We however witnessed an altercation with a possible disgruntled employee who threatened me & my family along with the rest of the employees. He said and I quote “I will come back and smoke everyone here”. Mind you…we have a baby and a 4 year old. He looked straight at us sitting there. We left in a rush after he started breaking and knocking things over. Unsafe environment unfortunately.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
