I roll up to the drive-thru, guy slams the window in my face like I’m bothering him, and snaps, “Nothing is free here, sir.” I literally just asked for a cup of water. A cup of water. Not a latte with extra sprinkles. This is not customer service, this is a masterclass in how to treat humans like garbage. Oh, and the water? Don’t even think it’s from a proper dispenser. It’s straight from the sink. I’ve had backyard garden hoses that taste better. If you value basic decency, hygiene, or your sanity, stay the hell away from this place. Word to the wise: Dunkin’ in Orland Park doesn’t give a damn about you, your thirst, or apparently anything except slamming windows and yelling at people.
