Mistakes happen, but to compound this, the drive through cashier working at 11 am on 12/6/25, was extremely rude despite making so many mistakes. Avoid this place, or at least make mobile orders so Dunkin corporate will reimburse you since the management at this location just does not care. Good luck my friends.

That is ridiculous and then the guy had the nerve to say that all the Dunkin’ Donuts are charging one dollar more for LESS ice and he couldn’t really explain why. It’s not like I was asking for more. I went to a couple other Dunkin’ Donuts, and that is simply not true. He lied. He said the rest are charging more for less ice.. Huge rip off and will never go there again! If you want less of something you have to pay for it there??? I understand if you want more of something that there would be an up charge, but they were really rude there and I had to pay more for something that I really shouldn’t have had to. Completely asinine especially when something is too cold and affects your teeth. Never again.
