  Walked in to dine with my wife and were completely ignored. Multiple servers walked past us several times and no one greeted us, acknowledged us, or even made eye contact. The overall energy felt low and unwelcoming, so we decided to switch to takeout instead. While ordering, I spoke with the manager, Justin, and asked a simple question about sauces. His response was that he’s “picky” and doesn’t even eat there, so not to ask him about sauces. That was odd and unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. I also asked multiple times about the BOGO wing deal and was told yes, only to later find out it was actually buy one get one 50% off. The money isn’t the issue, it’s the misleading information and lack of clear communication. Overall, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. A basic level of hospitality and professionalism was completely missing.

  One of the worst places of food that I have been too. It is not my first time in the food chain, but it is my first place at this location.And it was very disappointing. The food was served cold, it was spicy and we ordered it mild, the fries tasted like old oil. The wings were very hard and they tasted like old. I left my plat almost untouched. I have nothing good to say about this experience

  Haven’t been here in a while, my wife and I decided to Have dinner there the other night. Service was very spotty, either they ignore you or they smother you but not consistent. The food was horrible, Wings were cold and hard as a rock. And nobody came around to ask about the meal. Not going back there again.

  I ordered a burger for myself and 20 wings total — 15 BBQ and 5 Mango Habanero. Unfortunately, the kitchen mixed all the wings together, including the spicy Mango Habanero ones. Because of this, my kids ended up biting into the spicy wings first, which completely ruined their appetite and they didn’t eat any wings at all. This was really frustrating, especially when ordering food specifically for kids. I do want to say that our server was extremely nice and helpful, and this was not their fault at all. The issue was clearly a kitchen mistake. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings can be more careful with separating flavors, especially when spicy wings are involved and kids are eating.

  Ordered a triple cheeseburger and received two beef patties. When I called the store, I was told the third patty was “hidden” and that bacon and aioli count as a patty. That is not how words, food, or math work. This is the second time this location has done this in the last month. If a triple cheeseburger no longer includes three beef patties, the menu should be updated to reflect that — otherwise it’s misleading at best.
