  I remember when this place opened. It used to be such a great place for everyone. The change these stores have made has been staggering. This specific location it is even worse than most. The food is such low quality, the prices are higher than they ever used to be. The waiting staff that i had in my visit could not have spoken softer if he tried, made it impossible to understand anything he said. Wings were dry, the chicken was like old or something it was just a terrible experience all around and makes me miss the old days of B Dubs being the place everyone went.

  Ive been to this location a few times but today was honestly the WORST experience I've had in any buffalo wild wings ive ever been to! They had only one employee in the bar/high table section and he was running around like a mad man with zero help(not his fault and he was doing the best he could). As we walked through to find a table there was maybe 5 or 6 tables that were a disaster and went uncleaned for my whole visit. After waiting over a hour for our 20 wings and fries. I finally asked for a manager 10mins later the food comes out and is cold and dry. Still no manager so I ask again than she finally comes and I explain how disgusting the table are implying the guy needs help when SEVERAL employees walked by the tables and didnt help clean. She said it wasnt their responsibility to clean this area. I wish I got her name because She had such a TERRIBLE attitude. We ended up not wanting to dine at this location anymore and leave. As we are walking out she was badmouthing us to other employees behind the counter. She a very sad excuse for a manager thats forsure! This location should definitely consider her future with the company. I won't be returning to this location ever again and will tell everyone I know to go else where!

  If I could give this location no stars I would! Worst customer service, management and dirty facility. Showed up and waited a half hour for our order to be taken then waited another hour for our food and when we received it it was cold dry and disgusting. Asked for a manager and it took 15 minutes along with requesting twice. Manager had nothing but an attitude and was extremely difficult to work with.

  I don't usually like to write negative reviews but I have to say my peace as I've been a patron of this specific location for over 20 years. I have visited this restaurant 4 times over the last 3 months and every time I have come here during this time period, I have encountered some of the absolute worst service I've ever had at this location. I don't know what's going on with the serving staff as of late, but no patron, in any sit-down restaurant should go more than 15 minutes without a server at least coming to check on them to see if anything is needed. Server's should also make you feel comfortable and welcome as long as you're dining. I'm sad to say, I haven't felt this way here in quite some time. The servers I've had made me feel more like a burden than a guest and that really doesn't make for a good dining experience. Now if the restaurant was understaffed or extremely busy, I can see that being an excuse for the long wait and general downer attitude. Serving is a tough job, you deal with a lot of things other people don't. This wasn't the case in any of these visits and also shouldn't really be my burden to bear as a patron either. Anyways, I really hope someone at this location sees this. The food truly is still good, and you do get great portion sizes for the money; especially with their promotions, but please, for the love of god, please do something about this serving staff.

  My food was good. My daughter ordered the tacos and was very disappointed. Very dry, no sauce. Excessive cilantro, with stems still on it. It was a slow night and still took 10 mins to get seated Server was great.
