  This location used to be one of our favorites but quality of food and service has gone downhill. Yesterday night we went in for dinner. It wasn’t crowded & we sat at a table in the bar. Our waiter was very slow and seemed inexperienced. We ordered drinks then food. We watched as the restaurant started getting busy & new customers arrived, sat, ordered and then started getting their food before us through a different server. We finally had to get up to go find our waiter to see what happened & why we weren’t getting our food. He comes to the table after going to the kitchen (we assumed) to tell us that the kitchen is backed up, that the tater tots we ordered are what was taking so long. When I pointed out that the table next to us arrived & ordered (30 mins) after us & was currently eating their meal which obviously included tater tots, he then blamed it on the sandwich my husband ordered. Our food finally came out 10 mins after that & my burger had obviously been roasting for some time under a heat lamp as the bun was rock hard. After eating, our waiter was no where to be found and we had to ask a passing employee to find him and get our check. That employee, not our waiter returned with it. Overall we waited 50 mins for bad food and we will never visit this location again. And fyi, I am not interested in a generic response from the restaurant, asking me to fill out a form. I just want to give other patrons a heads up that this location is run by people who don’t care and employees who care even less, as the manager was notified yet never came to our table to discuss or apologize.

  I placed a couple orders online and whenever I receive it, they’re always missing items or incomplete and Constantly call to get them fixed.

  Absolutely awful! The waitress is rude downer say hello welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is cold 🥶

  Rocky the so called manager was so rude and spoke to me with an attitude! I can’t believe buffalo wild wings would hire such an unprofessional person! She was so snappy and rude!

  Regular customer Sometimes the wings are hard. BBW nees to remove onion rings off the menu. The quantity portion is ridiculous for the price. When I dine in the quantity is better.
