- TBTigga BaeeOct 29, 20251.0I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my husband and I received at your location 10/29/25 @3:40pm . The level of unprofessionalism we encountered was completely unacceptable. My husband requested a banana smoothie at the drive-thru and was rudely told that the item was unavailable, followed by a suggestion to “go somewhere else or order something different .” When he attempted to order something else from the menu, he was rushed and treated discourteously. Despite explaining that the tone and behavior were inappropriate, the staff continued to display poor attitudes and dismissive behavior. When he arrived at the window, my husband asked who had been speaking on the drive-thru headset, and the employees refused to answer. I was on the phone with him during the entire interaction and personally heard the exchange. We later called the store to speak with a manager but were told there was no manager on duty—only a shift lead. When we asked for the manager’s name, we were told it could not be provided. Eventually, a team member mentioned that the supervisor’s name was Jazz. When speaking with Jazz, it became clear she was unaware of her team’s behavior and overall lack of professionalism. As a current manager and former Dunkin’ Donuts manager myself, I find this experience deeply concerning. The behavior displayed by your team does not reflect the customer service standards. Based on recent reviews, it appears this may be an ongoing issue at this location. I would like to request that this matter be reviewed by upper management, and that appropriate steps be taken to address the staff’s conduct and overall guest experience. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding this concern.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
