  I paid for a foot long and cookie for my son. We sat down to eat and he was thirsty. Both workers weren’t paying attention. And of course taking their time. I took a cup which is on the customer side and I poured water. I sat back down for another 15 min. My son finished eating and we left. She had a customer chase me out to ask why I didn’t pay for my drink. Said she didn’t trust me. And gave me the middle finger until I pulled off in my car with my 6 year old. Being understaffed is not my fault. So unprofessional.I told her she could get th cup out of the garbage.

  Staff was very nice and store was clean. However oppose to naming off the bread options she she referred me to a list. In which I thought about my grandparents or parents who might have left their glasses behind seeing that the print was small. Otherwise no major complaints.

  Dont order online.... TWICE. I gave the benefit of the doubt and reordered thru their app for pickup. 2 times now they cant ready and dont add meat and other options you pay for onto the sandwich. Like u need to unwrap your food before you take it and open it up and check to complain because itll be wrong. Idk how hard it is too read English but apparently very difficult. Idk how on a pepperoni meatball sub you dont add pepperoni or a chicken bacon you skip the bacon. Some people will forever be fast food employees

  My coworker ordered a sandwich through Uber Eats for her lunch. Her sandwich was completely inedible, as either the meat or toppings were spoiled and sour. We called and told the establishment about the issue, as it was not sitting well with us that our coworker was not able to eat anything during her lunch break. The employee had to call the owner of the establishment, and we were then called back. The employee reported that they were not able to offer to make her a new sandwich or offer any kind of compensation. We couldn’t believe that a million dollar corporation would not offer to at least make her a new sandwich. Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Never will order here again.

  Horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered sandwich thru Uber Eats and when my coworker went to eat it something tasted spoiled. Completely ruined her lunch break. Of course Uber Eats told us to directly call store which we did. A very nice lady called the manager or owner of that store who then proceeded to say that there was nothing wrong with sandwich. I guess I am not used to such horrible customer service. Her lunch was ruined. What would it have cost them to make a customer happy after ruining their lunch break maybe $3.00. All of us from Jem Med Spa will never order from this Subway again. DO BETTER!!!
