Literally THE WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to. We waited 50 minutes inside for our order, with multiple other customers also waiting, and the employees were BEYOND rude. Most of them were doing anything BUT working. Eventually they had a blonde lady manager come in to help and without her I don't know HOW they would've managed the rest of the night. She was extremely polite while dealing with a lot of obviously upset customers, and she handled her job, and most everyone else's jobs, with grace. I can't say the same for anyone else though, it's ridiculous how little anyone cared and how chaotic it was inside. We eventually got our food after the insane 50 minute wait, and so much of it was ice cold and just thrown together sloppier than I've ever gotten food before. Nothing at all was worth the wait, the money, the hassle, or stress. Never, EVER going back to this location. Get it together guys!! I don't know how that location is even open anymore! If I could rate it -negative stars I would. Also to add, there was an employee on break (I did see them go back to "work" after) sitting at the table high out of her mind, nodding out like she was on heroin/fentanyl. She was young, probably late teens/early 20's, it was honestly sad. Having my stepson with me and other kids in the place though, I didn't like seeing that. Thankfully he didn't know any better and just thought she was tired but her eyes were blood shot red with tiny pupils and she kept nodding out catching herself from falling face first into the table. I couldn't believe they'd allow someone to work like this but then again, at this location it really shouldn't have shocked me.

For the price you pay for the food, you would expect its preparation would be better. The overall quality of the food and prep is lacking.

Went through drive and it took me repeating my order three to four times for them to finally get it. The guy was not listening at all. Then we pull up to the window and the girl almost lost her eyes rolling them so hard. While waiting for the food everything going on inside just looked like a hot mess. Ridiculous.

We arrived on a Monday at just after 2pm, there was no orders ahead of us outside of the drive through. We ordered at the kiosk and waited. And waited and waited more and eventually got our food at around 240. Staff I could see one looked absolutely high. Ok fine, I’m at Taco Bell whatever. When we get our food. The hard tacos are in pieces. They didn’t give us chips and guacamole, it was literally two combos. Plus the chips and guacamole. I noticed first that I was shorted the drinks and stood there for awhile ignored. I then said excuse me? They said wait ma’am. Ok. So this is how it’s going. They have set the tone. I get my cups. We open the food and notice the tacos don’t have sour cream. Excuse me again. Annoyance from them. Then my daughter realizes they didn’t give us the chops and guacamole. Excuse me again, met with annoyance. Smallest squirt of guacamole ever in a cup. Ok fine. Again I’m at Taco Bell. Finally get everything and we eat. Oh we need mild sauce. There isn’t any, excuse me, do you have any mild sauce. No we don’t we are out. Alright so now I have a sauceless plain taco. Cool. Won’t ever be back. Taco Bell is going out like chi chis did. Bummer.
