  I live up the street come here often the manger naomi is rude my order was messed up in the drive thru i repeated it 5 times to the person taking my order still was wrong all they focus on is getting the line down to keep the service levels down for business to make it seem as if they moving fast or accurately its very annoying to want a customer to pull out of drive thru because the order is not ready yet thats the purpose of a drive thru ended up going inside naomi looked more then me didnt fix order made up pay separately asked her who took my order she dont no very rude your the manager how you dont no how your store is running thank you to alexandra he was very helpful

  This place has workers who are slow. It doesn’t make sense to me how you have regular decaf coffee, but not iced decaf coffee? That doesn’t make sense what so ever. Also, the worker that attended me and my mother at the drive thru window was very rude. She kept rushing my mom, speaking in a rude tone, and kept disappearing from the mic to speak. Now thankfully the other workers were very kind, but that particular worker doesn’t deserve a job in the fast food chain. She was very old too, so at that age I say its best to retire from a job that is meant for resilient, quick thinking people. Also, they took over 20 minutes just to make the coffee. Overall, the service here sucks.

  Lady in the intercom was being so rude, When we were trying to order our food she had a nasty attitude towards us and doesn’t have any good manners or customer service. I have been coming to this McDonalds and never had a disrespect towards us.

  Manager Elo not only got my order wrong they insulted my mother’s financial status and mental status. This made her cry. This is not professionalism and he needs to be retrained or fired.

  They always take too long to deliver the orders and the employees are rude, they don't work well but if they take the time to make fun of customers.
