  I had a really great experience at Charley’s. The food was fresh and came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, especially from an employee named Jasu. Jasu was very friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was right. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again because of the great service!

  Five stars for Charley’s Cheesesteaks! The food was absolutely great—perfectly cooked and super flavorful. A huge shoutout to Jasu, who provided excellent service and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

  Wings horrible how you mess up wings bought 10pc threw 7 away I will never never terrible wings bbq sauce taste like idk just horrible

  They do not want your business (or maybe it's just mine) ... the short girl with the glasses has a serious attitude problem; she completely ignores any type of protocol, was incredibly rude to me (before and after making a mistake on my order) and shorted me on my change (there are areas in the world in which that would get your hand sliced off). I tried to give the owner a chance to make things right with a private conversation but they gave me the run around and then stonewalled me, so he's finding out about it here. The food was very good and the men seem to understand that they're running a business, but that woman is incompetent or disinterested in anything but the "power" she feels behind the register 😄 This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to indulge a couple of little girls playing restaurant and they can't intend to stay in business very long prioritizing pennies over the dollar like that.
