We ordered a sandwich, Philly cheese steak, and was made to pay full price, because Corporate told the employees they couldn’t use the coupon for this sandwich. Instead of $8, we paid $16!!! This has happened 2 times now! I sent my 17 year old son both times. He pointed out the exclusions. The employees refused the coupon both times! I would like a response and refund!
