  Door was not unlocked when should have been. Service was very slow and just ordered ice cream cupcakes. Cupcakes were very disproportinate one spoonfool of fudge not enough vanilla ice cream or coolwhip.

  went thru drive though tonight ordered a reeses blizzard only to get home and there is no reeses in it just peanut butter ice cream. went thru last week and ordered the same thing only to have all the reeses at the bottom of my cup not even blended in. very disappointing for what i paid

  The service at this Dairy Queen is horrible. We waited for over 15 minutes in the drive through for two blizzards and a plain sundae. There was only one other car in front of us. We asked if we could have lids for our blizzards and we didn’t get any. We were offered a carrier for the blizzards, we said yes but didn’t receive that either. We absolutely love blizzards but we will take our business somewhere else because this DQ is nothing but a joke.

  ⭐ 1 out of 5 Stars Unprofessional Staff, Poor Service, and Mediocre Food I recently visited this Dairy Queen location, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism from the staff. More than half of the employees visibly had an attitude — not just disinterested, but annoyed to be working at all. The energy at the counter was tense, and it carried over to the customers waiting to order. I genuinely felt bad for the cashier assisting me. She seemed overwhelmed, not because she didn’t care, but because she was trying to do her job without proper training or support. Instead of one experienced employee calmly guiding her, multiple coworkers began giving directions at the same time, which only made things more confusing and uncomfortable for everyone in line. It was frustrating to watch, and it clearly stressed her out further. The food itself did little to make up for the unpleasant service. Everything we ordered tasted mediocre at best — nowhere near what Dairy Queen is normally known for. Quality was lacking, and nothing seemed made with care. Overall, the combination of disorganized management, negative staff attitudes, and below-average food makes this location not worth the time or money. I hope the management team takes steps to improve staff training, teamwork, and customer service, because right now, I will not be returning to this location. A simple improvement in attitude and support could make a big difference, but until then, I cannot recommend this Dairy Queen.
