  I won’t return to this location. The fries are cold and look old. This is literally a hand full of fries. When I called to complain he claim he told me it weighs at 9oz, but he never said that about the fries only the wings. I just won’t return. Waste of money!

  I finally got the chance to experience the Chicago legend for myself and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and amazing down to the last detail. (lou malnati’s could never) Staff was friendly and helpful and handled the lunch rush like true professionals. Great job team!

  I don’t know who needs to hear this but Giordano’s in Oakbrook Terrace is not playing around 😂🧀 That pizza comes out looking calm but it’s STACKED. Like every bite is just loaded — definitely something you take your time with. Also shoutout to the team there — great energy, super attentive, and made sure everything was on point without being over the top. Solid experience all around. I’d go back for sure.

  Our deep dish was accidentally delivered to another table and when Leah figured it out, she went above and beyond to make it right. We were on a time crunch that evening and Leah bent over backwards to make sure we were able to pick up take and bakes the next morning on our way out of town. Mistakes happen, but everyone was so kind, reasonable, and incredibly accommodating. We appreciate them turning a potentially very disappointing situation into the best case scenario for us!

  We came on a Saturday evening. yes it was a little busy, but there was no wait when we walked in. It took a while for anybody to notice us waiting to be seated. Finally, soneone did and seated us. It took a while for a server to come to the table. We ordered the Sampler, the cheese bread was not good - The chicken nuggets tasted like frozen - the mozzarella Square was not bad. Their version of Buscetta is a joke. The server didn’t have any silverware napkins for us so we had to get The manager to give them us. Then we ordered the thin crust pizza. It was OK we’ve had better. the service was not great.. He took the order and Drop the food off, then gave us our check and that was it He never checked on us. so unfortunately, we will not be back.
