When I called, the store casually told me the DoorDash driver “just never picked it up.” To avoid serving my kids cold food, I drove to the store myself only to be told they would not give me my own order because DoorDash had to “release it,” even though Wingstop took my payment. The order had been sitting there for over an hour at this point , and the staff refused to remake it. Their attitude was basically: “Not our problem.”DoorDash then told me the opposite, that it was the store’s responsibility because the order was placed through Wingstop’s site. When I tried to cancel, Wingstop blamed DoorDash for the refund, and DoorDash immediately said they couldn’t refund something they didn’t charge. It was like watching two companies argue over who didn’t want to help me. After almost ten minutes of back-and-forth nonsense, the store finally agreed to issue the refund. In the end, my kids and I got no food, I wasted an hour and a half, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. Horrible customer service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of basic common sense. This is bar none the worst wingstop and I will never return to this location again, and I recommend others avoid it too.
