  Great food, best pizza I ever had, I would come back to Giordano’s and I hope I do it som time soon. The service was amazing

  We were so disappointed with this place. The reviews were great so maybe we caught them on a bad night? We had a group of six with four adults and two teenage kids. There was a small wait but we were seated pretty quickly. They were not able to seat is all together but could put us at two tables. The Dad and two teens took one table and the three moms took another. That's when things started to go downhill. After about ten minutes, a waitress asked if we had received drinks yet. We told her no and started to place our drink order. We told her the other table was with our group and would be on the same check (just one, we were not splitting). She said the other table was not in her section and she couldn't take a drink order from them. Ok. It was a small inconvenience but not awful. We placed our order and they placed their order with another server. Drinks were brought out pretty quickly but then our waitress disappeared. We tried to get refills from the other server who said he would send out waitress to the table. She never came back. When the food finally came out, the order was wrong. One pizza was the wrong size and missing the base sauce, another had jalapenos that were supposed to be on the third pizza. It was a mess. The manager came over and tried to smooth things over. He said we could keep the pizzas we had but that he would order remakes (mainly because the sizes were incorrect/smaller than we ordered). He brought out ranch, sauce, and jalapenos so we could "fix" the pizzas we had. This guy was super nice and professional. We thought the night was turning around. About an hour later, the remakes had not come out. We asked the second server if he knew what was going on (the Dad and teens ordered their own food and everything came out correctly.) That server said he would check and get back with us. When he came back, he said since we ate the pizzas that were served, we wouldn't get a remake. He also brought our check, which was altered to show the smaller pizza prices. Still no waitress. We asked to speak to the manager again but were told there was another issue and it would be a while before he could get back to us. After another 15-20 minutes we just decided to pay and leave. We had to pay at the bar because we still could not find our waitress. (We did come up with amazing side stories about how she quit mid shift to run off with a guy she met on Tinder.) At that point the restaurant was packed, so I do believe the manager was somewhere else handing an issue. Overall, it was a bust.

  It was ok. Shrinkage is obvious and stretching ingredients is as well. Giordanos is known for quality and abundance and I experienced something in between closer to pizza from a kid’s meal. Not horrible but certainly noticeable.

  The kitchen messed up the order a bit - nothing major! Small pizza - 6 slices - 1/2 Pepperoni other 1/2 Sausage. The pizza came with 4 sausage and 2 pepperoni slices. The discount promised wasn't applied when I received the bill via email and we already left. I called the restaurant and the manager apologized for the mistake and fixed it....total oversight their part

  Decent pizza. I’m from Southwest Florida and, surprisingly, we have a local family owned Chicago style pizzeria that is, hands down, a far better deep dish pizza. I give these guys an A+ for their crust and cheese, but they fall very short with sub-par toppings, AND the way the toppings are handled. I got a 50/50 deep dish pizza - half BBQ bacon & chicken and half pepperoni and jalapeño. The chicken is frozen cubes (really???), and the bacon are tiny bacon bits of less than mediocre quality. You can’t taste the bacon at all, which is a sign that they’re using actual bacon bits instead of fresh bacon. The BBQ is intensely sweet (expectedly so), so you need the savory bacon to cut through and complement the sweet. Pretty much just makes it a sugar slice. Very disappointing! Also, the onions in the BBQ bacon pizza and the jalapeños on the pepperoni & jalapeño are either frozen, OR, they just didn’t properly pat them dry them before cooking. This causes a watery layer to form, degrading the overall experience. If you look closely at the pic in my review, you can see the puddles of water.
