  Me and my whole family been coming here damn near EVERYDAY for a while now (Lived in the area our whole lives)!!!! Their customer service is DISGUSTING, and they do not know how to deal with customers at all. Me asking for “EASY ICE” should not be an issue. The guy working there lost his cool because I asked for easy ice “3 DAYS” in a row and he continued to ignore my request. When I calmly called him out on it and told him kindly that I would like lighter ice in my drink, he spews attitude at me. I notified my family not to go there and told the guy they lost A LOT of customers and he didn’t seem to care. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE DISAPPOINTED. WHAT A DISGRACEFUL WAY TO RUN THE BUSINESS.

  This Dunkin' Donut sold me a musty smelling tea last night. I have never smelled a tea that was musty before so, I came back at noon today and they denied my refund and denied giving me unopened tea bags to replace the stale musty smelling product. I patronize the Dunkin on W. 22nd st and have never experienced this. Per the shift lead, the manager just left and can't be reached. He refused to call the manager and request assistance. They are insisting that I return tomorrow morning to speak with the manager. The customer service and the product here sucks. Do not patronize them they lack moral and good customer service.
