From all the reviews it seems like the employees are just lazy and are closing earlier and that’s unacceptable. How is this even being allowed. I already reached out to corporate and will be talking to the district manager of this location.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
